Hustle – Rap Media
Full UX/UI design of a rap media platform centralising news, ticketing, live shows and participatory merch for a 16-35 audience.
SaaS interface to centralise all orders.
Deliview brings together orders from Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat and Glovo in a single interface. I designed the showcase website: structure, user journeys, wireframes. The goal was to explain a technical product to restaurateurs who don't have time to read.
The product is powerful but complex to explain. The brief: design a showcase website that convinces a restaurateur in under a minute. No tech jargon, no drowning them in features.
Deliview covers a lot of functions. The risk on a showcase website: listing everything and convincing nobody. The sitemap was designed to tell a simple story. One problem, one solution, one demo. Not a feature catalogue.
The target visitor is a busy restaurateur discovering the product between two services. We mapped their journey to get to the point: understand the benefit, see the product, request a demo. Three steps, not one more.
The wireframes cover the key pages: home, features, pricing, contact. Each section answers a likely objection. "Does it work with my platforms?" "Is it complicated to set up?" Content comes before design.
Benchmark on B2B SaaS products aimed at non-technical users: Toast, Lightspeed, Sunday. We looked for the visual codes that build trust quickly. Without falling into the generic blue-and-white SaaS template.
A complete showcase website delivered in UI: sitemap, user flows, wireframes and final design. Ready to hand off for development.
"I explained the concept to him in an hour, and the art direction was locked in a week later. He managed to give genuine visual credibility to a product still under construction. Exactly what we needed to convince the first restaurants."
